Booking Information

Here are our principal booking conditions. Our full booking terms will be provided during the booking process. Please contact us if you have any questions.

• All bookings are subject to final comfirmation by us.
• Weekly bookings for all properties run from Saturday to Saturday, from 4.00 pm on the arrival day until 10.00 am on the departure day.
• Short breaks may be available for last minute bookings between November and mid March (excluding Christmas, New Year and February half term). The minimum stay is three nights with prices from £110.00 per night. Short breaks may also be offered at other times on a last minute basis.
• Our prices are in pounds GB inclusive of VAT. They are fully inclusive of central heating, hot water, electricity and linen. Two bath and two hand towels are provided in each bathroom.
• A highchair and travel cot are available on request at no extra charge. The travel cot is suitable for children aged two years and under only. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot.
• A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the holiday is required at the time of booking. Reservations will not be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been received. The balance is payable on arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or credit / debit card.
• Cancellation insurance is recommended as the full rental will be payable in the event of a cancellation if we are unable to re-let the property.
• All properties are totally non-smoking.
• We do not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.
